About Me:
My bio can be found on any major Post Office bulletin board. Absolutely not my best picture, but then I was not the one who chose the photographer.
Faster than a speeding bullet, more powerful than a locomotive, able to leap tall buildings with a single bound, I am charming beyond description and winner of the Mr. America contest (twice) without entering.
A Flagrant violator of socially acceptable behavior, I am bored, angry and only marginally intelligent, a walking contradiction of myself, consistently inconsistent, a prudish pervert, a violent pacifist, and an ordained atheist priest.
I am the last of my tribe standing - the last tree to fall.

Why are you here?
Looking for sanity in my life ---- trying to eliminate those things that defy reason.
The religion you left
Why you left your religion.
God wouldn't speak to me, wouldn't answer my prayers, wouldn't show me the way, and his followers were a royal pain. I decided these people were not the type of people who knew the God they promoted --- So, I became my own God.

The thing I like about politics here is that there are so many political parties it's almost impossible for any one to seize control by themselves. Coalitions must be formed. That means no one can get too nasty with someone else. You might need them on something next week. Things are far more civil here. It also means things happen very slowly. With a government body, that can be a good thing. It also takes there forever to make a big mistake.

I read about Ted and Trump and realize it's not the same country any more and probably never will be.

It's true, "A prophet is without honor in his own country."

That's why I live in Brazil.

I did start small. I was 13, as I said. Now I AM a senior citizen (73). That alone should allow me to do as I please, no? After all, I survived some physical assaults by "good christians" to "teach me a lesson." I did learn it, too. Some christian are arrogant assholes.
