William L. Craig debunks the Flying Spaghetti Monster

Completely ignoring all Bronze Age mythology of Yahweh, William Lane Craig explains why the Flying Spaghetti Monster couldn't possibly be the cause of the universe. Really!?

What's sad is, even attacking a fictional deity such as the FSM while facing no opposition, he still manages to lose the debate.

It's time to just update the FSM to be 'beyond' timespace and immaterial - he's done it with Yahweh so fair is fair, right?

Heather is right. The standard counter to this is moving the goalposts

the FSM is an intelligent design joke because they wouldn't name the designer. he and other apologists completely miss the point.

Wow!  What he's a great example of talking a lot but not saying anything at all.  Thanks! (I'm guessing the "Dr." is a degree in theology?  Yeah, those don't actually count for anything.)

Funny, Dr. Stephen Hawking has studied the origin of the universe for longer and to a deeper degree than almost anybody alive, and he is convinced there is no God required.  What does this guy think he knows that Dr. Hawking doesn't?

They turn ignorance into a virtue...

I feel like I need to take a shower every time I get done listening to WLC talk.

He's got it completely wrong - The FSM does NOT have meatball eyes, as can be clearly seen from the pictures handed down to us. Also there is no evidence on the interweb to suggest that the FSM is a physical being.

So Jesus couldn't have been God either, because he existed in space and time, maybe.

Really? He’s trying to debunk one work of fiction to justify another? Sounds desperate, even by religious standards.
