I'm not sure I agree with people assuming she's mentally ill.

Is there any difference in what she did and how people we come across on forums, twitter etc rant and rave defending their beliefs?

This video cries out for more context. It's hard to tell if the woman was at the breaking point after a period of harassment or if she just has a short fuse. Her initial comment about the hypocrisy of people going to church who don't follow the teachings was rational. It seemed like she might be trying to fit into a conversation that was skeptical of religion. So I'm left wondering why she suddenly started ranting about non-christians and Mexicans.
