This is perfectly within what tends to be considered normal behavior. I've seen many people emote much worse than this and have no sympathy for her. She clearly lacks emotional restraint and has been highly indoctrinated into religion. It does not excuse her behavior and if I were there I would have pushed much harder for much longer, until she could not restrain herself and unmask the violence she harbors.

She belongs in jail, and preferably before she attacks someone unable to defend themselves.

I don't personally think she is crazy, I suspect she simply went a bit too far and to save face just kept digging the hole which inevitably buried her. Maybe I have known too many people like her to consider her crazy, though she might benefit from 15mg of Prozac.

It seems as though someone may have challenged her beliefs and she didn't know how to deal with it so she flipped

I think this woman needs to seek help right away. She looks like she could develop into a danger to herself and/or others.
