This is just another example of the 'propaganda of doubt' that I'm seeing all over the place these days. It seems like there is so much of this BS out there that otherwise reasonable people aren't recognizing the absurdity of this guy's claims. Had you shown this video even 20 years ago, only people who had just smoked a LOT of weed would actually give this idea a second, very long and slow, thought.
