A few decades ago the Republic of Ireland was practically a Catholic theocracy --this makes Kenny's speech even more remarkable. The speech was also unprecedented, as it was the first time a western leader stood up to the Vatican in such a way. More of the same would be nice.

This guy is a class act, I only wish my own government had this kind of courage and integrity.
