If parents would let children make up their own minds there would be no religion at all.  It takes brainwashing when they are young to keep religions going.  How many kids would pick up the bible when they are teenagers and say " This book makes a lot of sense". NONE. If parents do teach them religion they shouldnt just teach them their own but teach them about all the worlds religions.  That way they can see how ridiculous they all are.
