There is no such thing as an evolution controversy, there are only nut cases and retards and people who do not disparage knowledge ;)

Using their language serves their cause. I always recommend against it.

Kir, I think it would HIGHLY offend most Christians I know.  That's the problem sometimes, there's those studies that show that sometimes when you have rational, calm, reasoning based conversations with people who believe deeply, it only drives them deeper in--so I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place--WANTING to have conversations with people but afraid that no matter what I say and how I say it, it will just make them cling more tightly to their foundation--that someone 'out there' loves them profoundly, is going to give them eternal life, and has all the pain and sadness that living on this planet brings worked out.

I was just ranting today at someone about how it's wrong for religious people to hate evolution and to still take drugs the Doctors give them. Drugs that are made and discovered by a process of elimination. How funny to see this when I get home. :D Love this rant.
