The Amazing Atheist on Conservatives and The Gulf Oil Spill, Immigration, and Racism
Palin and McCain [who were SOO for more oil drilling in the presidential campaign]... why haven't they commented on the Great Gulf Oil Spill? The Arizona Immigration Law... is it about illegals? Or about racial profiling? What do republicans REALLY think of immigration [illegal OR otherwise] and more chilling... ARE THE MAJORITY OF REPUBLICANS REALLY RACISTS IN DISGUISE?
The Amazing Atheist mentions "Outfoxed" which is an AMAZINGLY AWESOME documentary. I HIGHLY recommend that you watch it and for those interested... I posted the full thing on TA a while back...

Actually... we didn't always know that oil was going to run out. In the 1950s a scientist was alarmed when he made the projection that America would cease to get enough oil for itself domestically by the 1970s. In the 1950s, no one believed him. Well... they started to acknowledge him when the oil crisises of the 1970s happened! Then another set of scientists predicted that the world would run dry of oil by 2100 in the early years of the 2000s. Looks like ppl don't learn, because most people STILL aren't listening. :P
