Did she listen to a word he said? Ugh.... And every time she laughs I just want to yell at her.

You can debate with these idiots all you want.  Fact of the matter is, if they told you that a Red Delicious apple was actually green, you wouldn't get them to admit they were wrong if you put one in their hand yourself.  She simply REFUSES to acknowledge the truth.  There is no real debate here other than whether or not she and people like her can ever accept the truth.

It has been a while since I posted this video with Wendy Wrong so I decided to watch it again. The video still makes me want to punch her in the face!

Obviously she does not comprehend a word that Dawkins is saying.

Just a few reactions after watching the entire interview:

This chick will smile kill you and praise god for blessing
her with the opportunity to do so.

Her knowledge of science comes from a trip to the museum...

Wait, only experts in their field should speak on or teach a
subject? What a novel idea.

Her quotes are great… they can all be turned against her:

 “Teach the
controversy. Don’t censor the facts that go against evolution.” I like the idea
of “teach the controversy.” Let’s teach the “controversy about Christianity and
religion and not censor the facts that go against it.

 “Why is it so
important to you that everyone believe what you believe?”

 “It probably would be
helpful to the dialogue if the evolutionists were not so demeaning and
degrading to others.”

“What makes the better society is one where there is deep
respect for each human being… by saying they were created.”

What she’s really saying “we looked at the evidence for
evolution, we just choose to ignore it.”

Just as many of you have already stated, I find it interesting how someone who has studied in their field for years, especially in a field related to science, is somehow no longer an "expert" in their field. In today's society, however, you don't have to actually know anything about what you're talking about in order to be an expert. All you need is compassion for your said cause, strong opposition to your competition, and all you need do when someone questions where you've studied or how you came about this information is to call that person out as "close-minded" and there you have it!

What exactly does Wendy Wright need as evidence? If DNA, which is a biological footprint, isn't enough, what would she consider evidence? Meanwhile, here's part of an exhibit from the Creationist Museum in Petersburg, KY:

@Alan Mayer: You are right on the money there. Welcome to TA ;)

Wendy Wright exhibits the typical"I've got my mind made up,please don't confuse me with the facts" attitude to which most creationists subscribe. She shows absolutely no respect at all for Richard Dawkins background and credentials. Her artifical smile and nervous laughter betray an anger and indignation toward Dawkins and science in general. Unfortunately Richard, always the gentleman,is incapable of pushing her buttons in the Wright way, having her snap and release that pent up anger she so obviously exhibits. Her habit of smilingly repeating several prefabricated phrases shows she has done a lot of practice preparing for the interview. I would predict a completely diffirent outcome if Christopher Hitchins was to interview her. I think he would be able to get her to unravel and show her true outrage toward science and all non believers. How dare the infidels question creationists like Wendy!

I dont know why Dawkins gave this lady the time of day. He might as well be debating Helen Keller.
