Lmao, so all he established is that morality is a essential to the success of a legal system. But he did nothing to establish where or how the morality itself is derived. Really, he was just talking about social contract theory more than any sort of supernatural lawgiver.
Plus, isn't the entire idea of some Christian underpinning to our society completely contradictory to the entire Libertarian ethos?
