in my country (South Africa) i never seen an atheist billboard not that i am aware of and that must change

Or maybe the billboard companies have no problem putting up Atheist billboards, so it's just too bad that you have to see them Mr. Robertson.  If your religion is so fragile it can't handle differing viewpoints then it's not worth anything.  We have to put up with your whiny TV show so maybe the TV companies can stop putting your garbage in public view so gullible folks don't have to watch it ALL DAY LONG.

I feel certain that if our species is to survive another 1000 years, it will only do so by losing religion just as our ancestors lost their tails.  When our descendants look back, they will view the likes of Robertson as neanderthals - a sibling species that died out due to inability to adapt.

So what was the offending billboard this time? Why would he link two young people making love, and an Atheist billboard? I wonder what would happen if people start complaining about religious billboards? We have a few in our area, the last one I saw was on 12st, in Salem, promoting a local biblical college, and mentioning, 'Don't lose your faith, while getting an education.' Funny, I thought that an 'education', was about loosing preconceptions and thinking about thinking!

he has a good point... fails to mention the multitude of "repugnant" Christian billboards I see all over the place, though.

Perhaps a billboard of Mr. Robertson's mug with the word INTOLERANCE 
overlaid across his smug face with be more appropriate.

This makes me want to put up a billboard of my own. Mr. Robertson's approach isn't very collaborative now, is it? Thank goodness for the Constitution that protects our right to free speech no matter what he says. Too bad for poor wittle Mr. Robertson.
