Nina Jablonski breaks the illusion of skin color

Nina Jablonski says that differing skin colors are simply our bodies' adaptation to varied climates
and levels of UV exposure. Charles Darwin disagreed with this theory, but she explains, that's
because he did not have access to NASA.

Wonderful! Thanks for posting this.

I've been aware of my own need (desk job) to increase my daily intake of Vitamin D. Even though I live in the South, I don't get that much sun so I take 2,000 - 4,000 IU of Vitamin D3 each day. The varies with my own health status and the time of year, with me taking more during the winter months and to ward-off colds and infection. It works!
