Man talks about being raped by a priest

In Ireland it's come out recently that boys were raped and beaten in institutions. This man was raped and open hammers a panel about their handling of it.

That poor guy. I don't know how I would handle such a thing.

I remember seeing this on TV when it aired. You're a fairly cold person if you don't get choked up listening to that.

@Robert DeVore - Not much has been done. There have been cases since the early 90's (that's when I began to hear of them as a kid anyway) where it'll come out that such and such a priest was accused and later convicted of the abuse of children. Even with these reports very little has been done. The Vatican still deny anything happened. They deny that they instructed bishops to cover it up across Ireland. Recently, a letter from The Vatican specifically stating to cover it up and not notify the Gardai (Cannon Law overrules the law of the land in their view) was leaked to the Irish press. I just read that a couple of weeks ago. Up until now, they have always denied covering it up despite everyone knowing otherwise, but this is the first piece of physical evidence which proves they lied. Whether it helps in convicting these animals in the future remains to be seen.
