This has got to be one of the most outrageous claims out there. The tragedy in all of this, however, is that Nigeria is one of many countries not fond of homosexuality, so it's hard not to point out the foundational bias in Chibuihem Amalaha's "research."

I hope that was just a DIY project and not something some other institution funded. Even setting the homophobia aside, that's just a pure vacuum in place of where thought is supposed to go.

It's ironclad reasoning. The same approach to logic has been used to reach similarly reliable conclusions since the middle ages. For an example, see this video:
