I am going to the donation site right now. I was not at this boarding school, but another run by Independent Fundamentalist Baptists in Louisiana. I will help you get this story out. There is an organization, SIA (Survivors of Institutional Abuse) that is also working on telling these stories and helping us stop these places in their tracks. They are abusive, money making machines for exploiters of children, teens and their parents. I am with you.

This reminds me of the missionary work i did in Jamaica. Another church had set up a compound that yanks people from their family and friends and makes them do manual labor to pay for their "better" life. The compound was like a walled city with no contact of the outside world. I think it was the latter day saints who operated it.

I'm horrified that these places exist, but more so by the fact that parents would actually force their children to go to those places. It's disgusting...
