This pissed me off so much last night. He basically said the republican party needs to say or do whatever it takes to get elected. They need to manipulate everyone in the correct way to get the vote. Yes, that’s what politicians do, but he just flat out said it. I just posted a video of Chris Matthews asking Rock Santorum, after the debate, if he believes in evolution. You should watch it. It’s super crappy quality. I couldn’t find a good link that I could upload on TA. I can't wait until next week's debates. I hope they touch on social issues.

Mr. Perry is saying that the ozone depletion over texas is a good thing? is there any science that agrees with him?

huntsman at least sounds like a stable person here... i feel very sorry for all you americans at this point, the pickings are very slim to remove obama..

Huntsman has always said he believes in the science of evolution and climate change. He's a great guy and I wish he would be the nominee but the Republican base is to primitive to select an intelligent moderate like him at the current time due to the toxicity of the Tea Baggers.

Other than Huntsman, these candidates are all scientifically undereducated - they all think "Intelligent Design" should be taught in schools.

And I have to agree with Dawkins here:

He's too intelligent to be elected as a Republican candidate.  America desires someone anti science and preferably equally or less ignorant than they are on social matters as well.

I like Ron Paul and so far Herman Cain.

Heh.. I think Huntsman is by far the best candidate of the Reps, but then again, as one pundit stated: "Jon Huntsman, who effectively committed political suicide by being thoughtful, intelligent, adult, and constructive throughout the debate (...)"

Quite telling about the current political climate.
