Johnny - perfect video. I couldn't agree with you more. I have been doing more biblical research lately, in hopes of preparing myself for discussions with family members. It's been since college (where I lost my faith) that I spent much time reading any of the "good book". I have found some good sites that help point out the contradictions.

Your suggestions will definitely help others. I used these techniques when I first spoke to my mother about my being an atheist. It could have gone much worse if I had approached her with an attitude. Of course, she thinks I'm going to hell now and is gravely concerned, but at least it's out in the open.

In case there was any misconception Rob, I just posted a video I thought was good. In the video is Lanny, who goes by FinallyFreeFromFaith on YouTube.

If you've not come across it, the Skeptic's Annotated Bible site is great for advancing that knowledge of the Bible; especially for pointing out contradictions, inconsistencies, and craziness, right in the book so many consider "holy." Good luck with the family discussions.
