So he delusionally believes the great earthquake, as has never been witnessed in all of history, has happened and we are still, to this day, on course for the end of all existence in October 2011.

Why does he then say he's sorry and he was wrong? He contradicts himself within mere moments of this same interview! And people continue to believe this BS.

No, Harold. You're not a genius. You're a vile fraud as are all other snake-oil salesman who peddle myths as truths to the gullible and stupid.

Although this rapture thing has been funny, this guy just infuriates me. Maybe he's enough of a caricature to make some believers question their faith.

"I'm not a genius" --> True but a huge understatement.

It's not a surprise. I think he handled that well. Calmly and without the slightest sign of doubt, or maybe even more convinced, he declares to stay the course with a Big ol Bible on his lap. All and all, it's a pretty good performance, probably successful in returning the sheep temporarily lacking the strength of faith to pass this test.

Harold weeps all the way to the Bank. He's swimming in millions.

He is a false prophet.  We have been warned.

You must be vehemently stupid not to understand the verse. "You do not now the day or the hour".

Tribulations, yes. The end of the World, No. "For the Lamb shall lay down with the Lion and a young child shall lead them". "They will no longer hurt nor destroy..." "How beautiful for situation, the pride of the whole earth, is Mt. Zion on the sides of the North, city of the great King". " We shall be a kingdom of Priests". "On the bells of the horses it shall be written, Holiness unto the Lord"

"We were convinced that on May twenty-one, God would return here in a very physical way..."

False prophet? Isn't that the mother of all pleonasms?
