About the Athletes, if god is the cause of their talents and the source of their success, why do they give the money to car dealers and not churches?

I liked both of your vids by the way

Thanks Gaytor. It's been my experience that most athletes are a pretty superstitious lot. At least they were back in the day when I played sports in HS. A lot of them have things they do ALWAYS before a game. Some things they'll never do. But the NFL likes the god-connection with their athletes because it fits right in the middle of the demographics of their fanbase. Besides, its better to have pictures showing a wide receiver down on his knees thanking the invisible sky buddy, than pictures of him being arrested for running a dog fight or shooting up a night club somewhere.

So the fact that they give credit to god for touchdowns, is like wearing their lucky socks. It becomes a ritual and they don't change anything once it works the first time. That way god won't let anything bad happen to them.
