This is the right thing to do. I have had about ten friends have their life ruined because of pot charges. One even got kicked out of college with a 3.9gpa :(

When a congressman from a conservative state like Tennessee gets up on the house floor and says such things publicly, then you know it is only a matter of time before marijuana laws are changed in the U.S.
