I keep finding out new things that begin to interfer with my ability to be 'positive'. Maybe optimism really is a choise, and not really a rational state of mind.

If you want to learn more go to Mr Gunderson's site at www.fairewinds.org. There is also the citizens movement to monitor radiation in Japan properly, something the government do not want, and provide the info to the public at www.safecast.org. There efforts to build high quality radiation detectors from off the shelf electronics and then scientifically analyse the data and display it correctly, not filtered by government information management machines.

Note, after reading all the materials on these sites you night find yourself unable to sleep easily.
