Fox news just loves a miracle... how stupid!

Comment by Jeremy Wells on August 10, 2011 at 12:54pm I wonder why god would make him go through three months of chemo before listening to his prayers. Nobody seems to ask the obvious questions during interviews. I find it hard to believe that three months of treatment yielded no results, but instantly god decided to heal him and the cancer was gone.
Comment by Rosemary LYNDALL WEMM on August 10, 2011 at 1:20pm Up to a point, he is correct. ANY STRONGLY HELD BELIEF can assist the body's natural healing process. Belief in the christian god is no more potent than belief in any other god - or in belief in a godless Budhist style "oneness with the universe".
Jacob is a lucky man to survive such a disease. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. Still no way to prove God's existence or that God answered his prayers. It is just his opinion. Perhaps Fox News will run a story on the millions of Christians who have passed away from diseases over the years while God completely ignored their prayers. I don't think so!
Comment by ernie garcia on August 11, 2011 at 2:00am that's strange. i thought that if you heard the voice of god your head would explode.
Comment by Rick on August 11, 2011 at 8:26am I wonder if they’ll do a follow-up story if/when the cancer returns?
Why can't he just accept the Truth, it was the Gnome that lives in his shoe in the closet that cured him, honestly sometimes people just refuse to see the truth.
Comment by Jacob on August 11, 2011 at 1:09pm I think "10% chance of living" shows that, maybe, just maybe, it wasn't God
Comment by Tex on August 11, 2011 at 1:30pm Spontaneous healing it's unknown, but take a close look at those brain scans, they don't even look like the same head, but I'll admit I'm no Doctor. Also, guess his loving GOD turns a blind eye to the millions of innocent children that die every year from diseases and starvation due to no fault of their own, oh I forgot, he's special, he's in with GOD. I'm glad he survived but he needs a reality check. And what about his claim of stage 4 cancer: Stage IV cancers have often metastasized, or spread to other organs or throughout the body. I smell a rat.I wish some of his doctors would come forward to discuss this.
Comment by Tex on August 11, 2011 at 1:38pm Sorry, meant to say "isn't" unknown.
