And not a single person was worried enough to do anything but watch until it would have been too late. Kind of a depressing view into the mind of the people being pranked.

Yikes Heather: that's a pretty hateful comment. Add an "a" to the word "theist" and it sounds like something that a really depraved fundamentalist would say.

No worries - I hadn't actually realized the implications of what I had said there; those words just kind of slipped out as a flippant remark that seemed funny in the moment.  In point of fact I've heard exactly that sort of thing said in racist remarks that offend me intensely and yet completely failed to make the connection.
