To think, or not to think: that is the question
Bottom line is that everyone needs to realise that faith alone is not a good enough reason to force others to do (or not do) something.
Faith IS PICKING OUR POCKETS.Religion enjoys tax exempt status and that has to stop.Religion needs to pay its way, since it has been the beneficiary of our 'Freedom of religion."
To think or not to think: the latter is religion.
Religion is the easy way ... thinking is the hard way
It is funny to watch just how shocked the host seems to be by Dennetts opinions. It looks like his world is crumbling in front of him ha ha.
I think he started out strong, fumbled the middle and ended strong. However, his idea is correct and is a recurrent theme here and in most secular and atheist circles; Being faithful allows one and even requires one to suspend critical thinking. Plain and simple.
