It devolves.  It starts off as E. coli, then evolution is flung into reverse, and it ends up as a Louisiana Senator.

There should be a necessary attire law for all politicians that requires at least 3 fingers be able to slip between the tie and the neck. Oxygen deprivation leads to mental defect.....
