Yes, one bus behind the other, behind the other. A sort of 'trucks' across America. Finally, atheists and theists working together, albeit it not exactly in harmony ;-)

It would definitely need to be trucks because I'm sure the hands across America would get pretty ugly. I'd venture to guess that the fundy trucks (besides the ads) would be plastered in 'Honk if you love jesus' bumper stickers. :D

I think a stalker truck to follow the stalker truck to follow the stalker truck to.....would really get a lot of exposure.  Maybe at some point the film crew would interview an Atheist

You know they only need the stalker-bus because they're afraid people will actually start thinking for themselves. If they were all that sure about their viewpoints why wouldn't they WELCOME ads like this as a way to question and possibly strengthen their views?

Oh. That's right. Because it's all lies. We wouldn't want people finding that out! Quick! Deploy more stalker-busses!!

This pisses me off. America is littered with christian billboards, ads, and church signs to begin with. An atheist groups puts up a non-threatening sign and the christians have to retaliate? My blood boils just thinking about it.

The fact that people do get so upset about criticism of their 'faith' demonstrates to me an implicit acknowledgment that they know their beliefs are not true, and a lack of the very 'faith' they claim to hold so dear. If someone told me there was a 4-ton pink elephant in their fridge I wouldn't start ranting about how it 'blasphemed' my understanding of the world or how 'offensive' such an assertion is. No, after I'd stopped laughing and picked myself up off the floor, I'd mark them down as a nutter and move on.

Why would I get upset about something that is so patently not true? The reason believers get so worked up is that they've been called out on their 'pink elephant in the fridge' and they know it!
