Well said. Unfortunately, theists don't play by the same rules as we do. Circular and straw man arguments straw man are valid and essential tools of a theist.

I've said this on another post, but ID (Intelligent Design) accepts the Old Earth claim. That's leaves the lineage of all of the Bible Characters in question. If you try to adapt Genesis to Old Earth you must answer the seven day creation story. You will be left with plants on the earth with no light in the sky. You will be left with plant on earth but no insects or birds to pollinate. ID doesn't fully consider it's impact on Christianity. Even the "Christian Scientists" are destroying God's existence in their attempts to prove his existence. It's pretty humorous really.
