I ask people at chick fil a some simple questions. At least... I thought they were simple enough, until they tried to answer. I apologize for the background ...

Christian idiots at Chick-fil-A "appreciation" day show their bigot values.
Does make me wonder if any of them have read the bible or only just sat in on pastor lectures? Oh well, most of my family has no more understanding than these people, but most likely not cross a 'line' such as this, when there are so many other places to eat.
I could not watch the whole video. It kept locking up. I'll try again tomorrow. I look forward to getting highly annoyed by the things people say in this video.
I think values are taught at the parents' knee, not in church. My family is mostly Christian but they are of the open-minded non-hating kind. The don't shun me and would never think of shunning a family member short of them being a child molester wife-beater or something equally distasteful.
What a great advertisement for what is wrong with religion: hatred. It is also a perfect example of the correlation between religion and ignorance: The Constitution and our forefathers said marriage is between a man and a woman???
Although I oppose the idea of government denying anyone’s right to do business based upon their religious beliefs, I personally would never set foot in a Chick-fil-A.
I do know some gays who are very "stoned" while they "lay" together. All jokes aside, I just don't understand why this has become such a huge deal. Chick-fil-A cannot legally deny a gay or lesbian work or food. They just stated they didn't stand with it. And like many (not all) big CEO's they give money to huge right-winged organizations that actively oppose gay marriage. I support the LBGT and their right to marry, but I just don't get why this has blown up like it has. It's free publicity for Chick-fil-A. I bet you their business is booming now because of this.
I won't patronize them, either. And you're right that they are an anti-advt for Christianity. I think a good-hearted person hears what they are doing and goes "Huh? WTF!"
I love how the fat faced lady in the pink shirt said Jesus said homosexuality is an "abomination" to god and that she feels gay people want to be allowed to marry because they want to "undermine" god's law. There is no scripture of Jesus saying that. Gays want to be allowed to marry so they can have the same rights is my take on it, and not because of any kind of conspiracy to "undermine" god's law. Anyway, if it does end up undermining "god's law" in some peoples' eyes, it needs to be undermined if it is a bigoted law.
Jesus didn't say anything about homosexuals being abominations or deserving to be stoned. In fact, he said nothing at all about homosexuality. I'd be surprised if any of these people you talked to have even read the bible (aside from the condemning verses that they are so proud of). I've even read a few interesting articles where the writers think that Jesus was gay. I rather like their argument. It is fun to work that into conversation, would you not worship a gay Christ?
