Comment by Bill Butler on December 6, 2011 at 2:25pm I have heard this crap my whole life and almost exclusively from black people can I help it that I attended private school and learned to speak the English language and missed out on a lot of the ghetto slang my black friends picked up in public school. I think the thing that bothers me most is I have been singled out for not conforming to a bunch of negative stereo types oh well that's just life I guess.
Comment by Scott A. Hunt on December 6, 2011 at 2:53pm Awesome video.
Comment by Dave Gibbs on December 6, 2011 at 3:51pm And how pray-tell does everyone white apparently act?
Comment by Danny Sanchez on December 6, 2011 at 4:04pm I get the similar crap in the barrio and even from some of my cousins. Thats why I kick their ass at "Words with Friends"
Comment by Gabriela Menicucci on December 6, 2011 at 9:14pm Society tries to repress people who have their own personalities to fit the standard, the norm, one is a copy of the other, that way the men in power can keep us under control. They don't want exceptional individuals, they dislike and reject the ones who dare to be themselves in a world ruled by fascists whom control the media, news, fashion, art, and literature.. We are only puppets. The guy in the video acknowledges this in his statement.
Comment by Tatyana Harris on December 6, 2011 at 10:06pm Well said Gabriela ;)
Comment by Deme Mo on December 6, 2011 at 11:05pm i hear this all the time as a black freethinker. I love to know there's more people who disagree with "the proper way to be black"

Comment by Daniel on December 7, 2011 at 9:38am Word for word things that I've been pissed off about for a long time! I think it is utterly ridiculous to say someone acts white because they speak properly. I grew up watching and listening to a lot of rap could talk like an idiot 24-7 if I wanted to. In school to fit in I would talk a certain way just so people wouldn't think you're "acting white." It seems as if you don't listen to canned radio rap you're also seen as white.Talking like an idiot, listening to lil' wayne, and dressing like you're in a 90's rap video ≠ blackness. Knowledge of your culture, your family and most importantly your history = blackness.
