I was intrigued to learn that I'm actually a Leo, not a Virgo as I've always thought. HA! If modern astrology can't even tell you what sign you actually are, how the hell could anyone possibly believe in it?

Honestly, I don't know a single person (even here in the Bible Belt) who actually believes in that nonsense. I find it amazingly difficult to believe that anybody really takes it as anything other than purely entertainment, like circus fortune tellers and such.

I agree that probably very few people actually believe in astrology in the US. What is most disconcerting to me is that so many people will talk about it as if they do believe. They wear it as a badge of honor or something and almost brag about knowing their sign and horoscope etc. All the while I'm thinking about how stupid they sound.
