An American Elegy - A tribute to Lives needlessly lost

Those of our friends and family who are ripped away from us suddenly and catastophically can create the sensation that we have lost a part of ourselves as well. This song [American Elegy] was originally written to remember those lost in the horror of the Columbine School Shootings [Including Cassie Bernall - who in my opinion [no disrespect meant] gave her life for a foolish belief in a fairy tale. No disrespect - this just makes her case even sadder]. This song is called "American Elegy," and my high school band played it in my senior year.... it made the audience [and me] cry. And if it doesn't effect you in SOME way... you must be made of stone.

This particular video maker has expanded the memorial to include victims of not just Columbine, but 9/11, the Oklahoma City Bombings, and the Columbia and Challenger tragic accidents.

I will expand on this video creator's memorial to include a tribute to ANY person lost in a tragic moment in any country on Earth.

PS... please ignore the occasional religious and nationalistic imagery. I didn't make the video and the reason for posting it was the power of the song itself, not the images.
In fact, it might be even more effective for you if you just listen to the song and ignore the images.

Sorry 9/11 was an inside job.
