AFA's Buster Wilson on how marriage equality for gays and lesbians leads to polygamy, along with marriages to buildings, cars and dogs

Comment by Zach Winkler on December 5, 2011 at 8:16pm The main thing you need to focus on is the ability to consent to a marriage in the first place! Also, what is wrong with polygymous marriages? He should stay out of people's lives.
Comment by Dustin on December 5, 2011 at 8:50pm "Not just that we are homophobic and that we hate homosexuals..."
Doesn't that imply that they actually do believe this but it isn't the only reason they are against gay marriage? Am I the only one who picked up on this line at 18 seconds?
Comment by Dustin on December 5, 2011 at 8:51pm Sorry, at 8 seconds, not 18.
Comment by Anthony DeNinno on December 5, 2011 at 10:10pm dustin i picked up on that too.
Comment by Bryan B on December 6, 2011 at 8:04am There is a video of a speaker saying gay marriage will lead to marrying robots. Nearly all 100 level university courses teach what a 'Slippery Slope' is. Clearly they missed that day.
Comment by Rich Rogers on December 6, 2011 at 8:37am So if christianity doesn't guide us, nothing can. I believe that was the message.
Comment by Gary Thomas on December 6, 2011 at 9:58am Can I get married to my fishing boat? My wife thinks I am already. P.S. My wife is all for polyandry as long as all the guys have jobs to support in the life style she wishes she had.
Comment by Jared on December 6, 2011 at 10:33am Okay I've always had a thing for my car and my xbox... so according to the AFA I will soon be able to not only be married to my car but also to my xbox at the same time.... I can be in a polygymous relationship to really mess with the AFA
Comment by Albert Bakker on December 6, 2011 at 12:11pm Gays marrying leads to gays who already lived like married couples to be officially married. Slippery slope arguments are almost always wrong, but not quite always, as this bloke clearly demonstrates.
Believing in ridiculous ancient stuff can clearly lead to believing in even more ridiculous contemporary stuff.
Comment by KaraC on December 6, 2011 at 12:30pm @Jared: Don't marry your XBox and your Wii - that would be unnatural :-)
