Horrible. Could someone explain to me what they ACTUALLY did wrong? Since the police seemed to fail to do that.

Hmmm... None of the officers would even answer the question of what was illegal about what they were doing nor cite any laws. This all looks plainly illegal to me. If they were causing a violent disturbance, that would be one thing. But those people were doing nothing wrong. I surely hope they got set free without charges and that the officers are held accountable.

I would have been one of those people who would be dancing just to piss them off and get arrested.

ah , supposedly legislation was made to make dancing at the memorial illegal.  So Kokesh was there to protest with some people.  He's supposedly doing it again at a later date.  You can search this on the internet and see for yourself whether or not this is all true.

WOW...why aren't things like this a HUGE deal resulting in mass uproar and protest? I would love to know what the outcome of those arrested, court proceedings or if they were just released...

This,  at a memorial to Thomas Jefferson!  I'm scared.  They would not let anyone film it.  The threw the man from the press out.  If this scares you, do something!  Write a letter, join a protest, start a revolution!
