Many peaceful people think fighting is bad and they don't need a religion or a god that tells them that fighting is bad, they are born with these feelings. Even many animals understand that fighting your own family or species is a bad idea.  Religion is not necessary to be a good person. :)

Yes, I will be respectful to you if you are respectful to me. Sound fair?   Some people will troll you but only if you troll them first or you have bad ideas.  Atheists don't respect bad ideas and never will. It's not logical to accept false ideas.
