I love swimming.... only problem is... I'm not fast enough to be on a team. But I do it for recreation whenever I have the time [and can find a pool] - my area doesn't have a community pool, just private stuff that costs and arm and a limb.... lol. :P

Thanks for your reply. As to the beard question, I have it simply because it is the natural state of the adult human male. It grows, unless we keep fighting it every day with a knife. Makes much more sense to me to just let it grow. It also serves as insulation when it gets cold here in Canada... :-)}}} Funny thing is that a most men in North America here don't grow long beards, so a lot of people think I am Jewish or Muslim because of the beard. I tell them I am an atheist who likes to have a beard.
