Are you the gal that was on the news? Cheers to you! My husband and I saw that and thought you were being very responsible. It was incredibly irritating to hear that woman say she felt sorry for you! Why, because you're being intelligent and trying to share with other women struggling with their guilt/shame over getting an abortion that it's not something to feel guilt/shame over? I got all kinds of riled up. I also feel they tossed in your atheism just to show that, "Yup, godless people kill babies," instead of putting it into a more realistic perspective. So frustrating. Anyway, good for you!

Just saw that you were in an article on ABC News. (I assume that it was on TV, too, but I don't have one at the moment.) Thank you for sharing your story with the world amidst the droves of hateful critics; you are an incredible advocate for the pro-choice cause.

I saw you on the front page of the Huffington Post! I just wanted to let you know that you are incredibly brave for standing up to the people who criticized your decision. It seems that many of the people who are criticizing you didn't listen to what you had to say about why you had the abortion and instead just attacked you for having an abortion. It's amazing to me that so many people can be against something that is completely legal.
