Look, I don’t care what your personal beliefs are. If you want to worship a ten foot tall statue of a purple spotted penis entering an orange striped blue vagina, I really don’t give a fuck. I just have one rule:

You keep your religion to yourself!!!!

Worship what you want, how you want, when you want. If you and a bunch of people with similar belief systems want to get together once a day and give each other hand jobs in order to praise the same god, go for it. Fuck if I care. Just keep it to either your church or your home.

When I say keep it to yourself, I mean just that, YOURSELF. Don’t push it on other adults, and DO NOT, under any circumstances shove it on children that are too young to make an informed decision about your particular line of bullshit. Richard Dawkins was right when he stated in The God Delusion teaching religion to kids is a form of child abuse. Is it as bad as beating or molesting your children physically? Well with some exception, no, but it can be very damaging mentally. So stop it.

On a similar point, quit trying to forcibly jam your religion into the science classroom as “science.” Its not. It doesn’t even come fucking close. If it was science, it would stand up on the rigorous proving ground of peer review, and that just doesn’t happen. So get the fuck over it, your holy book has no more scientific truth to it than a fucking harry potter novel.
