In my case, not a bar but a park. I do a lot of mountain biking and in between laps is a rest area. Yesterday 2 men were sitting there for over 2 hours talking about how they KNEW they were going to heaven. I didn't listen to the whole conversation. Only the bits and pieces I was able to hear between laps. There were discussions on how Jesus was a part of every decision in his life and the ones where he wasn't he seemed to always make the wrong decision. So I assume talking to yourself before making decisions seems to help this guy.

 I couldn't help think to myself how people would have reacted if these 2 guys were Atheists talking about how they knew Jesus was a legend, God a myth, and the Bible just a fairytale.  I imagine someone saying the words "I will pray for you" and it pisses me off. Not because someone would say it to me, but because I want a line like that. I need something to say in situations like that without starting a debate and making enemies. Just something I can say before walking off. It shouldn't be offensive but should still deliver a message that says "You're an idiot… But I have hope for you!".  Something short but leaves them knowing I thought they were an idiot. The only thing I could come up with yesterday was "Good luck guys. I really hope you make it to heaven". Doesn't have the "You're an idiot" effect though.

I am looking for ideas. Maybe there isn't one single line that can deliver that message but different ones in response to different conversations. Anyone have any ideas?
