Either one - atheist or cartoonist - is expected to be controversial. I've had toons printed on a number of occasions, and know enough to know everything's changed since the days of light tables and, y'know, ink. Web comics are where it's at, dig it?

Tractoon 1 - Jesus is a Zombie! (Cover Art)

So I screen captured from a PDF of my original "Tractoon", which appeared in issue #1 of BENT Zine, published in black and white on paper in Taos, NM in 2008. There's a second one, too. :D I drew these (yes by hand on real paper with real pencil, then inked and scanned) to satirize the Chick tracts that are ubiquitous near Halloween.

The devilish little fellow with the round head and big 'A' is named Pole. He has a friend named Stick, who isn't in this particular strip. Here's a panel of his evil grin close up:

There's 20 of these puppies after this cover. So sit back and enjoy. I'll post one a day, then start posting Tractoon 2 - Hypocrites on a Hilltop.
