LoL . . . what a way to segue into a high school reunion! It should be interesting. I've got to believe most people don't care much about the religious beliefs of others. Do you know if any other atheists will be attending? That should help. You might want to take a change of clothes with you . . . just in case :-)

Funny think AE is that back in HS the kids who defreidned me, were the exact opposite as well. the girls where out doing drugs, drinking and generally being little whores (thats ok) but NOW they are all "Christian like" and got asshurt that someone expressed different opinions then them. I have said before that i think people who are like that are not only weak in thier own faith but weak in character as well (which might be a reason why they believe in the first place?)!

I laugh in thier general direction!!!

Oh and will do!!! Like I said to some one who I actually get along with from HS, Im going in almost sheer morbid curiosity at this point! I didnt like most of the people 20 years ago and probably still dont! :D

I dont plan on discussion religion or the lack of a god unless i can help it. i do plan on trying to discuss who did what and how they turned out and life in general. on fb or anyother web site people only see a small fraction of what someone is like. while i am an open book, most of views and morals have never been discussed here, but people can get a snapshot so to speak.

i am really intrested to know who the porn star is, which skinny bitch is now a fat ass with 5 kids and divorced 2 or 3 times.

For ten years after high school I had this recurring nightmare where I had to go back for one more year. It was ghastly, I can't imagine going to a reunion, I'm not a masochist.

Matthew, I hope you have a blast! I was destined to NOT attend my 30th even though I had arranged and paid, etc. As it turns out, fb came along after the reunion and I had folks friend me afterwards...until they started reading my posts. Then it became a free for all for a bit. I didn't know what people were talking about with fb "fights". But I know now! My fb page became self cleaning! ;) I remembered why I left and never went back. They are "moral" and christian republicans. Yea.

Quite a story JM... We don't often know whose life we have touched, so it must have been so tender a moment between the two of you. I hope his adult years have been better than his HS days. My 40 year HS graduation reunion is coming up in a few weeks and I'm NOT going. No interest whatsoever.

High school was hell for me...and I don't even beleive in hell. I wouldn't waste the money to see the very few people I even talked to.
