The island of Luzon always seems to get hit the hardest. I live on Cebu island, in the midst of the Visayas region of the Philippines. There's hardly ever any damage here. I just saw the flooding, on CNN, an hour or so ago. Before then, I had no idea Luzon had been so hard hit.
