Still trying to pass creationism as a scientific study in schools? Really???

I'm completely gobsmacked that these creationists are so persistent with forcing schools to teach this non-scientific garbage. This subject has got old and tired and they need to accept that unless they can prove their creation idea as a theory (I mean theory in the scientific sense of the word), it's just plainly not science!

Why on earth can't they just let it go already? Don't they realise that teaching this doesn't contribute anything at all to science or the progress of mankind, but in fact takes away from it?

Sure, teach it in a religious studies class, or a theology class. But keep it away from science! There is simply no hard evidence to give this idea credence at all.

Stuff like this really gets my blood boiling. I just don't understand it...If you want to teach your children creation myths instead of science, send them to a damn Christian school.

The issue here is they insist on claiming to have huge amounts of evidence for it. Where? The only thing I've heard are arguments for it based on no scientific evidence. Take whole concept of the eye being too complex to have not been "intelligently designed". That's evidence?? If they understood just a little about evolution they would realise their argument is defeated before they've even begun.

I think these people need to go to school before they start trying to change the way the schools work.
