This is a great candy recipe...I know it sounds strange using saltines, but give it a try, it's a great combination of Sweet and salty.


Things you will need:

Cookie sheet

Foil

Saltine crackers

1 cup or 2 sticks of butter (has to be REAL butter)

1 cup of sugar

1 package of chocolate morsels

2 cups of nuts (your choice)



preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line cookie sheet with foil.....Then place saltines side by side til cookie sheet is covered. Melt butter and mix sugar til well blended....Pour over saltine crackers evenly... Bake for 10 minutes. Take out of oven and spinkle Chocolate morsels on crackers til melted or place in oven for about a minute...once melted, spread with knife until crackers are complete covered...Sprinkle nuts on top... Refrigerate for 5-6 hours or overnight......then peel from foil and break into pieces and ENJOY!!
