Religious tolerance among the religious.

Here's a site that I can appreciate even as a non-believer.

Anything that supports and shows inclusiveness between the religions I think is good. It shows a willingness to move forward, to evolve and that's what religion is going to have to do to survive.

I supported this kind of thinking back when I was a believer and I can still support its a step up from the separatism of religious fundamentalism.

Sometimes you gotta take baby steps.....just to get things moving..

What do you think?

Point is......... We care about the evolution of thought. Some people might surge ahead..this doesnt mean that you want those that are behind to quit running.

Seeing beyond ideological differences is a first step that leads to other steps...that leads to seeing beyond religion to humanity.

This is very similar to what is taught in most Unitarian Universalist RE (Religious Education) classes. I am an atheist AND a UU - and I think the Peace Seeds site isn't a bad thing.

I think that being unwilling to blow someone up for not sharing your beliefs tends to be a positive thing,

Its the first step to seeing that what unites them isn't God....but Man. The more EVERYONE learns how to get along with each other the better off we all are.
