Maybe if God weren't so busy helping Tim Tebow win football games on Sunday he could cure my wife's cancer. I guess some things are more important than others.
Comment by Ed on December 13, 2011 at 9:56am Sorry 'bout your spouse. This link [http://www.burzynskiclinic.com] is to an alternative treatment center in Houston, Texas. The founder and chief physician has had good success. It's just a thought.
Peace,

The Burzynski clinic is not a legitimate cancer treatment facility. Their methods don't work and their reaction to people exposing the facts about them is to shut those people down, rather than scientifically demonstrate that their methods actually do work. It's a shame that charlatans like Dr Stanislaw Burzynski are allowed to scam people for money in the guise of treatment. I feel sorry for the patients who were tricked out of their hard earned money by that snake-oil salesman. Here's everything you need to know about the Burzynski "clinic:"

Comment by Ed on December 14, 2011 at 10:30am Issac,
I don't agree at all. I saw a two hour documentary on the man and many of his cured patients were interviewed and testified. He was repeatedly hauled to Washington DC by the FDA and all claims and charges were ultimately dismissed, much to the chagrin of the pharmaceutical industry. During the hearings clients testified that he was responsible for either themselves or their loved ones still being alive, often years after treatment had stopped. His research was stolen and patents made by others based on his work.
The methodology his clinics uses is organic and non-invasive unlike the poisoning of chemotherapy where the patient comes close to death in many instances.
If the traditional methods have failed, and chemotherapy doesn't have a stellar track record, I would not be critical of someone who chooses to enlist Mr. Burzynski's services. None of his patients have ever reported any adverse or dangerous reactions to his treatment. I would recommend you investigate the shenanigans of the pharmaceutical industry played on this individual in Texas and DC.
I think it is unfair to group him with faith healers and other charlatans of the trade.
