johnny decided he wanted to

go out with a bang,

sure, he figured that he could

drop a couple bottles of pills or

put a pistol to his head, but the

drama just wasn’t there &

to make the world listen he had

to up the stakes, he had to

really work at it,

so he thought, “why not let the

crazies do me in?”

he sat down & started to draw

cartoons that ridiculed

“muhammad,”“ jesus,” “moses,”

“allah,” “yahweh” & all the

hilarious characters from those

fairytale books that had propelled

so many others into mad violence

in the present & the past---

then he painted paintings, made

snuff films (where they were

all screwing each other in the

forest) & he even wrote a couple

songs making fun of them &

sent them to stations all over

the empire & then

wouldn’t you know it,

in only a little time

(lickety-split),

snipers were on his doorstep &

bombs were in his basement…

because

nobody

fucks

with

fiction.
