Plus doesn't it seem the pattern when some people don't have a positive or winning argument that they resort to scare tactics.

Seems to me that religion tends to breed hate when taken to this level.

I almost never get threats on FB. On YT, that is another matter but I find it more humorous than anything. FB I get the once an awhile threat of "Unfriend" but that is it.

 

If you haven't already reported him please do so. Smack talk is one thing but threats of violence no matter how unlikely must be dealt with swiftly.

No, Islam is intolerant for a wide array of reasons away from this. My only point was that this person's actions only support rather than oppose the notions I bring forth. We can give a wide array of other examples (and then we can start analyzing the quran and hadith) to demonstrate without a shadow of a doubt of the intolerance and the greatest evil in the world that is the Islamic faith. When a quran is burned, look how Muslims throughout the world act like animals. When bibles are burned, do you think Christians do the same?? In fact, being an atheist is punishable by death and actually enforced in the vast majority of Islamic countries (and all of them which follow Shariah).

Thx guys I decided based on your input that reporting him is the best thing to do. I thought to take the "high road" might be to ignore it...but as you have pointed out, this is a threat and not just talking "trash" or smack..

I can't seem to find the area to report this on facebook...keep getting run around to click "report" within the message but it doesn't exist anymore but facebook cache's everything on their servers and I still want to report it...arh...I'll figure it out

I have looked everywhere on facebook and I don't know where the hell to report the threat since the god damn message doesn't exist anymore. This is driving me crazy...there is no form to simply send the report as it says to click "report" on the message but it doesn't exist anymore..

I say what I say because I know what Islam demands from its believers in a way that Christianity doesn't. I have experienced it, been to an Islamic country for a significant period of time and have even heard them espouse their hatred inside of mosques, and have read the quran and understand that when people say "anyone can interpret anything anyway they want" is simply not understanding what Islam through the quran and hadith demands from its believers. We as atheists, all deserve to die on the spot in Islam and in fact, coming out as an atheist is impossible in even the most "advanced" Islamic country as it is blasphemy and is warranted by the death penalty.
