New York congressman: 'The picture was of me, I sent it'
After days of denials, a choked-up New York Democratic Rep. Anthony Weiner confessed Monday that he tweeted a bulging-underpants photo of himself to a young woman. "The picture was of me, I sent it."

lol , the only reason I would be embarrassed is if the bulge wasn't bulging enough.  I suppose it only makes sense Politicians are also human ... and I love how he states they were 'all adults to the best of his knowledge' ... as if he really even knows they were women at all and not some 12 year old boy or 70 year old man having a little fun.

I'm not trying to be rude, but honestly, why should anyone care? Why should anyone care about some politician or actor or actress who is having an affair or doing something stupid anymore than they care about some other person they never met. How does someone's love life affect their politics? I don't know anything about this guy, but if I had agreed with him in the past why should I change just because he decided to think with his penis instead of his brain? Why do people try to gather any bit of gossip they can about anything and anyone?

I honestly want to understand why do people care? How does this make him a less capable politician? How does this affect anyone besides his friends and family?

Sorry for the rant....had to get it out.

I agree with Raven 100%

The personal lives of celebs and politicians are of absolute zero interest to me. I avoid this news like I avoid stepping out in front of traffic. Unfortunately, this kind of gutter news sells newspapers and fills column inches on blogs etc.  Pathetic really.

Don't think there was any design intended. Just another man doing what humans do naturally.

He did it, got caught, confessed, I'm sure he will get his wrist slapped...time to move on.
