Kenyan Babies Reborn in the UK
Gilbert Deya is a Evangelical Preacher in the UK with 36,000 followers. He's been performing modern day miracles. For his followers that are infertile or into menopause that want children, he's been using the power of the lord to deliver them a child. The power of the lord is undeniable! These women go into a room not even pregnant, go into labor and deliver a child. Hallelujah!
We all know right away, this must be a scam. This is a great demonstration of the ills of being taught about the power of miracles. Has anyone ever heard of a 15 minute gestation period in humans? An uncorrupted child would have been able to see and say that these claims cannot be true. but not the followers of Gilbert Deya. No, they blindly believed that these children were born to them. Clearly these children came from somewhere and a rational person would have realized this and asked that question. Story Link
Gilbert and his wife Mary have been charged with stealing children. Mary was arrested in Nairobi and a raid of the family home found 10 children that were claimed to have been the children of 57 year old Mary. Apparently she doesn't realize that the cessation of her periods also means that she is infertile? More likely it's this whole god status that they have given themselves where they believe their own bullshit. It's like the Martial Arts Sensi's that believe that they have deep and mysterious powers then challenge the crude world of MMA where they actually punch back. . Your powers are useless here. You are not a Jedi Knight.
It's a special sort of evil that assumes that stealing babies for financial gain is the right choice. Your entire sense of right and wrong has to have been removed in regards to yourself. You are god's chosen one. What ever you wish to do, it's god's choice. We've seen it before with the C-Street Gang. They described themselves as being "the chosen ones" and the "normal rules don't apply". We saw it in their groups behavior too.It's pathological to not consider the feelings of others. To suggest that you are somehow more important because god is on your side. This comes in many forms including terrorism. The Christian Militia was conspiring to become terrorists. Christians take note, terrorism is in your ranks on many levels. These behaviors seem to consistently come from religion but rarely from Atheism. I'm suggesting that the teachings of all Abrahamic religions do lead to pathological behaviors. Jews taking Jerusalem after more than 2000 years based on god's decree. Muslims in so many ways it's hard to count. Your "struggle" for peace isn't working. And of course Christians, you foster evil on a similar level even though you like to look the other way, ahem... Catholic Church Abuse Scandals.
I sincerely hope that all of the children that were stolen can be returned to their homes. Gilbert and his wife should spend the largess of the rest of their lives in prison. They are indeed dangerous and let's not forget that more than a dozen children have been kidnapped for their gain. As little as four years per count should lead to over 50 years in prison. I also hope that the people whom practiced such blind faith learn what that leads to. We laugh at Benny Hinn and preachers like him, but the shutting down of the brain is dangerous. We must always think critically. It's fair to say why do I write this? I'm an Atheist so you have to weigh that in with how I've come to this conclusion. Notice that I don't have to declare authority, I'll just lay the information out there and you judge for yourself. Atheists aren't the ones asking for a check on the backside.

I disagree with this entirely. Nobody says, "Because I'm an Atheist I am above morality and will proceed to eat babies." This line of logic follows that because Hitler was an Atheist, atheists are as culpable for WWII as the Catholics are for the crusades. This is simply not so. Hitler did not say, "I'm going to destroy the jews because I'm an atheist."
Do not confuse the acts of a few atheist dictators or secular groups as motivation stemming from atheism.

I hope that I'm getting your intentions right here. So Correct me if I'm getting it all wrong.
I would dispute Hitler as being an Atheist. From Mein Kampf The folkish-minded man, in particular, has the sacred duty, each in his own denomination, of making people stop just talking superficially of God's will, and actually fulfill God's will, and not let God's word be desecrated. For God's will gave men their form, their essence and their abilities. Anyone who destroys His work is declaring war on the Lord's creation, the divine will."
As for anyone that I would even entertain the argument with, it would be Pol Pot, Stalin, Mao. I would agree that their feeling about being superior doesn't come from being Atheist but rather being held up on high in cultures with long histories of mistreating those without power.
My "rarely from Atheism" is simply because there could be scenarios that I'm not aware of. Is it too lenient in it's phrasing? I'll give your point some thought. I think that I agree with what you are stating in that it doesn't come from Atheism as a doctrinal motivation.

Wow, that is seriously twisted; how divorced from reality do you have to be to participate in something like this? Stories like this really showcase the dangers of accepting religious delusions as a valid and functional means of interacting with the world. People who promote religion--or any ideology based upon faith rather than reason--are facilitating the existence of dangerous people like this.
